A symbol of prevention and moderation, she represents the ideal of those who live in harmony with themselves and the world, "using everything without being dominated by anything." Depicted feeding a snake with a cup, she embodies regeneration, care, and the wisdom to maintain well-being over time.
The Salvia app is inspired by this principle, promoting awareness and balance in daily habits as the foundation for a healthy and mindful lifestyle.

Salvia-DK is a mobile self-monitoring and lifestyle application developed to promote awareness of one's physical, emotional, and environmental well-being. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
The app allows for the integrated collection of information from both active user interaction (for example, daily recordings of mood, motivation, or activity) and passive data automatically generated by smartphone sensors, with the aim of promoting greater awareness of one's daily states and habits.
Born as a digital phenotyping project, Salvia-DK is now evolving as a tool for understanding and enhancing daily well-being through data and awareness.
