The auto start/ stop function of the app is designed to start the generator after being at a preset voltage for a preset amount of time. It is also supposed to shut off after the batteries reach a preset voltage for a preset amount of time. This does not work at all. Instead, the system auto stops based time regardless of voltage. I have reached out to customer support through email, online, and by calling the number provided. I was sent in an endless loop of people to call with zero actual help

At first, I could not get a start button. Changed a font setting and got a start button. Once I get in and try to do the updates, it goes into authenticating, and then it says check blue tooth. Yesterday, it was gateway that kept losing connection( note I was getting). Cummins has tried to help, but I am not really getting anywhere. Frustrated. I want to get the hardware with no app, but so far, there has been no response to my dealer if it is even available

This is a terrible app and the support was just as bad. The app tells me that there is a firmware update available for the EC-AGS module. The app crashes every single time that the download and install process for the firmware update starts. Cummins answer from support was to "see if the dealer can help." Yeah, I'm sure that the dealer can figure out why you app is crashing. Absurd.
