This application is a total failure. We don't receive notifications when we moved from waiting list to attendees and we end up being late for classes. Adding to that there is this class that appears in my gym which was entered by mistake & can't be deleted. So we have to call they gym and check if it's available or no. Fitness First should step up to the game.

The app is terrible. They allow you to book a class only 48hours before. I clicked on Book Class exactly 48 hours before the class and it showed full with only waiting list open. This is a popular cycling class at the Burjuman gym but it's impossible that the class booked out in 1 second. Also when you write a complaint on the app, the font is white on a white background and you cannot change the colour to black ?! For the amount you pay in membership fees, this is not justified.

I wonder who at FF got a big kickback from the software company to make this awful app? Hard to read. Links in drop down menu on left dont work. The main screen is cluttered. Need to open each class to find what time it will be. No reminders sent. No countdown to book. No search by class over multiple locations. ONLY positive is it shows how many have booked and how many for wait.
