cannot login to the app. When I use my regular email address it prompts me to add a new password twice. then it says somethinglike "username in use". if I use any other email it says the account can't be found.

This is a joke. Basically a headband with string and ball attached. I can't believe how cheap it is. And the software they say is included is a piece of paper with a UPC symbol on it that doesn't even work!

Ball and headband are cheap but work well on their own. When I bought it, I thought there was some electronic component in the ball but it's just a phone microphone used to count the hits - which is garbage. Even in total silence in the room, it miscounts almost every single time. Not worth the money - could easily make the hardware at home for $5
