Toggles is a developer tool which allows developers to get, set and update feature flags on their device. Feature flags are persisted in the toggles application and exposed using a content provider. Using toggles is preferred when you want your feature flags to be persisted through device uninstallations, reinstallations and clear datas. Being an on device tool it is very convenient to set up new flags and it encourages a feature flag mindset when developing.
