With the app you get a clear picture of your energy use, whether it is electricity or district heating. Track your usage over time and gain a better understanding of your usage and costs. In addition, you will receive information about operational faults in our electricity, district heating and fiber networks.

The app is available to you who have a service from us at Jönköping Energi and you easily log in using mobile Bank ID, if you want to invite family members to use the app, you can do so from within the app. Download the app and get started right away.

- Check your use of district heating, follow and compare with previous months.
- Check your invoices, which are paid and unpaid.
- Check your agreements with us.
- Check for malfunctions and receive notification in the event of a malfunction.
- Do you have our own solar cells? Find out how your plant produces.
- Get tips on durability and control connected devices in your home.

Ratings and reviews

Prestandaproblem, felaktiga priser, fördröjd data. För el finns bättre sätt att se aktuell och direkt förbrukning. Fjärrvärme får man bara acceptera att det blir rätt en nån gång i månaden.

Värdelös app som inte funkar. Går inte ens att logga in med BankID då appen påstår att ens enhet inte har BankID installerat, så inloggningsförsöket avbryts direkt. Väljer man "BankID på annan enhet" för att försöka kringgå det, då dyker istället ett meddelande upp om att det inte finns en server att ansluta till.
