Took them 2 weeks to get back to me for renewing a prescription that I've been using for years. The doctor during the call then promised to renew my prescription, yet completely failed to do so. There's no way to give any kind of feedback that something went wrong, my only option is to start the process again. Entire features on the app itself turn on/off at arbitrary times. One moment you can chat, the other you can't. One moment you can send messages, other time you can only book video calls.

Only makes sense if you only ever need prescription renewals (these are via video and fast). If you have an actual issue, they will charge you for a video call only to tell you to book an in person appointment. You can only book these on the same day, and all slots are gone within 5 mins of when they become available at 7am. If you get lucky and get one, then there's still a pretty good chance that you'll be told to "drink a lot of water and wait for it to go away".

Good service. Vårdcemtralen in Huddinge/Flemingsberg are very bad so I switched to Kry and it works quite good. You just need to wait a lot for a physical appointmenrlt but it works.
