Ratings and reviews

Took them 2 weeks to get back to me for renewing a prescription that I've been using for years. The doctor during the call then promised to renew my prescription, yet completely failed to do so. There's no way to give any kind of feedback that something went wrong, my only option is to start the process again. Entire features on the app itself turn on/off at arbitrary times. One moment you can chat, the other you can't. One moment you can send messages, other time you can only book video calls.

Useless. Booking a call for a specific time and call is delayed for 30 minutes. When I finally get a call - the app is trying to redirect somewhere, showing an empty page and crashes. Don't recommend it.

App works great. But the doctors services are very limited. They can renew your prescription (not your kids), and since they can't do a proper examination, nothing real can be achieved. Then there are some courses that any Ai can give you for free... Idk what there is to pay for here.
