really nice and easy to scan and pay but why in the world can you not find the invoices anywhere? and the invoice is even missing a barcode... had to return an item that I didn't notice had expired and couldn't get my invoice anywhere. terrible from that standpoint as it seems to happen often that I find expired items on the shelves.

Suddenly unnecessary hard to navigate, have to log in every time, even if it just been a couple of minutes. Before you could switch store in one press, now you have to get to a menu, choose the store you want to check, then go back. 3 steps instead of one.

Very bad. It used to show your points immediately. Now it takes days and days. Sometimes I think I don't get any points and I can't keep track if it takes too long. I do not trust this app any more. I buy a lot at the end of the month, I don't get points in time so they reset it and then they give me points in the new month with a lower value of course, this is cheap cheating. Shame on Coop. I started to buy at Willys, we are 5 and spend a lot. They don't deserve my money.
