A recent change has made it extremely frustrating to check the quick balance. The warning message that renders in place of the quick balance which says "you have recently refreshed the quick balance, please wait 10 seconds before refreshing again." is a cheap fix to what is a UI issue. Users are refreshing more than once because of an issue with the UI. Placing those restrictions might reduce the pressure from the requests but only makes the problems worse for the users. Edit: Problem fixed.

What's the use of a banking app if i can't access information of past transfers, something i have to use my browser for. Iaw Bad oversight of payments, recipients of said payments are not displayed and on top of that invoices open a PDF file, i have to copy and paste details back into the app, this kind of defeats the use of e-invoices. All in all missing some essential features that are essential for oversight of expenditure and open invoices. On top of that can be clunky at times.

I either get "an unexpected error occurred, http session overflow" or the app opens and the Swedbank logo flies from left to right indefinitely until the first message appears again. I've re-installed the app, restarted the phone and emptied the cache and data of the app. Nothing seems to solve the problem. I tried your customer support, 70 minutes waiting in queue. No thanks.
