I seriously don't get what it's trying to accomplish. Also some exercises are shown badly, some are in the app twice. No tips on what to look out for just a video of someone doing the exercise from an angle that might not be helpful at all.

Could make a fortune by having a wear OS 3 companion app to see these videos on the wrist on demand. Really great tool.

Very good in effective way of training, but I still see training coach is better than anything else.
