Good to get you started, would be better if video model wore a different coloured outfit, so you could get a better idea of body positioning etc. As there's no text description alongside the video either, exercise benefits sometimes sub optimal. Also, some muscle groups not catered for.

I'm able to create my own work outs and set the time and how many reps I want to do for each one. And it shows you how to do each workout as your doing it.
