प्रशिक्षण एवं सेवायोजन विभाग के अधीन संचालित सेवायोजन कार्यालयों द्वारा नियोजकों द्वारा अधिसूचित रिक्तियों के सापेक्ष कार्यालय में पंजीकृत बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थियों का सम्प्रेषण कर उनको रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं.
साथ ही साथ बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थियों को करियर काउंसलिंग के माध्यम से रोजगार के अवसरों की जानकारी दी जाती है.निजी क्षेत्र के नियोजकों को आमंत्रित कर रोजगार मेलों का आयोजन भी विभाग द्वारा किया जाता है
ताकि अधिक से अधिक बेरोजगारों को रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जा सके.

सेवायोजन विभाग द्वारा निम्नलिखित योजनायें संचालित हैं :-
1.करियर काउंसलिंग : वर्ष 2006–07 में निदेशालय स्तर पर कॅरियर काउन्सिलिंग सेल की स्थापना की गयी‚ जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य करियर काउन्सिलिंग हेतु क्षेत्र के कार्यालयों के लिए लक्ष्यों का निर्धारण और उन्हें समय–समय पर मार्गदर्शन देना है।
2.रोजगार मेला : प्रदेश के सेवायोजन कार्यालयों द्वारा निजी क्षेत्र में भी बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थियों को रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध करने के प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं .सेवायोजन कार्यालयों द्वारा बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थियों एवं नियोजकों को एक ही स्थान पर आमंत्रित कर रोजगार मेलों का आयोजन किया जाता है,

Totally waste app. No single option works!! Even login or search jobs option didn't work. Why the no official test it. Without testing they launched this app. So please update it frequently, and removes the bugs and errors occurs to use this app. Very bad and disgusting app. It's only website works not app .No body shouldn't go to download it. It's wastage of tym and data.

Be it the website or the app, same story everywhere. Both the paltforms have glitches and bugs. First of all, there is no option for "English" language. All the content is in Hindi. Secondly, you can't even register yourself on the app since it will say "Truti: Network mein kuch Truti hai, bad me aaein". On the website you can register but you can't edit your biodata; search for any job. Seems like the government didn't pay a single penny to maintain or develop the website/app.

There is no option of changing language. There are lot of bugs in this app. Unable to login in the account it doesn't show English keyboard to type. the app only show numerical keyboard.
