Ratings and reviews

Completely useless app that keeps crashing. The "solution" to make it not crash is to completely change the way I use my phone. The developers refuse to acknowledge they are the problem, even though (1) none of the other HSBC apps for other countries have the same issues and (2) there is a flood of feedback on Play store and other forums telling them how their rationales and workarounds don't make sense. Terrible experience.

Similar bad experience with constant app crashing yet there are app exclusive features so we are forced to use the app. To fix this I always have to restart my phone before using the app, so thankfully I am not permanently locked out. Very troublesome and making me think twice about keeping my HSBC accounts. I've called and emailed customer service but my complaints were deemed invalid.

Very disappointed. Apps are constantly crashing as and when, anytime, anywhere since i started using it since 1 year + ago. Had update and even reinstall the apps several time, but still the same. It hasn't been improved before.
