Shapers brings volunteer community members together to turn ideas into organized, measurable projects. Coordinate work, share focused updates, manage meetings, and understand member experience in one workspace.

Plan community projects
Create project proposals, build teams, define goals and roadmaps, track progress and results, and move initiatives through review and completion.

Organize boards and tasks
Break work into actionable tasks using shared boards. Track status, priorities, assignees, due dates, checklists, comments, dependencies, and activity so everyone understands what comes next.

Coordinate meetings
Create and manage community and project meetings, review meeting details, and keep attendance records. When available, nearby check-in helps participants confirm attendance during an active meeting.

Follow focused updates
Use Channels to read community announcements and project notifications. Keep track of unread updates, while authorized members can create channels and submit or publish content according to their permissions.

Build a useful member profile
Add your biography, skills, interests, education, and professional experience. Profiles help members understand one another's background and find the right people for community work.

Access is based on membership and permissions. Shapers requires a valid invitation code and account sign-in. Some tools are available only to members with the relevant community role or project access.
