Unusable app. Beyond pathetic. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have been trying to redeem my SS wallet balance (Rs. 10157) since quite some time and unable to do so. Your app doesn't work. Your website doesn't work. I attempted to redeem multiple times using the OTP sent by you to my registered mobile number. Nothing seems to work. It seems you do not want your customer to use their SS wallet balance and do shopping. It is very frustrating. Please suggest how you may help with this. I have a bunch of stuff added to my shopping cart and I cannot check out those because you seemingly do not let me use my >10k SS wallet balance. If possible, please check out the same on my behalf (with the SS balance) to the last successful delivery address (that is the default delivery address) in Feb, 2020.

This is so Junk, returns are like a nightmare. Delivery partners cancel the return by saying quality checks are not enabled.And, this goes on forever, customer care does sound genuinely looking into your issue . My purchase is around 10000 plus, seems like I'm betrayed. They ask us to call on customer care, they always say it will be resolved but nothing will happen.

Promised delivery in 2 days, but it's been 7 days and the order still hasn't even shipped. I've called customer support around 10 times, and every agent gives different information. They even confirmed my cancellation over the phone, but then sent cancellation emails without an order ID, creating even more confusion. After that they shipped the order 🤦🏻 who does that!? Extremely poor coordination, communication, and logistics. Very disappointing experience with Shoppers Stop.
