Unusable app. Beyond pathetic. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have been trying to redeem my SS wallet balance (Rs. 10157) since quite some time and unable to do so. Your app doesn't work. Your website doesn't work. I attempted to redeem multiple times using the OTP sent by you to my registered mobile number. Nothing seems to work. It seems you do not want your customer to use their SS wallet balance and do shopping. It is very frustrating. Please suggest how you may help with this. I have a bunch of stuff added to my shopping cart and I cannot check out those because you seemingly do not let me use my >10k SS wallet balance. If possible, please check out the same on my behalf (with the SS balance) to the last successful delivery address (that is the default delivery address) in Feb, 2020.

I have ordered an Automatic watch and received defective watch after 7 days.Raised a Return Request , now its been 20 days haven't got the refund yet. Need to call multiple times support team, they will tell backend quality team is not checked the product yet, and they will raise a request and ask for 48 working hours ..... same pattern repeats order a product on this app if you don't want the product, having excess money and don't have any other task to do in life...

U get wrong sizes, mismatch top bottom in suit sets n missing items. If u ordering from the app please make sure you take a Screenshot of the items Return policy as Return window closes even before the last day's over. And the CR agent asks if u have the scrnshot or any proof that return is available when u ordered. Also shouts on you what were u doing till the last day. Also FYI.. if your item was delivered on Aug 3 @ 1pm then return closes on Aug 17 @ 1pm. Worst ever online app. Tooo slow.
