About this app

The My SimpleSound™ App is compatible with SimpleSound from Miracle-Ear™ over-the-counter hearing aids that have Bluetooth® technology when paired with a smartphone with minimum required specifications as noted below. Note: the app will reconnect to your hearing aids each time it is used.

My SimpleSound™ App features:
• Enjoy a step-by-step onboarding experience that will walk you through wearing your hearing aids, connecting them to the app and using all of the app features
• Toggle between 4 preset audio programs that so you can best hear the environment around you
• Tailor the sound within each audio program by adjusting the Fullness and Brightness
• Easily answer calls or stream music to your new hearing aids

Additionally, the My SimpleSound™ App includes a resource center with frequently asked questions to show you how to care for your hearing aids. If you have further questions, your local Miracle-Ear store staff is always available for support.
