About this app

Batchly is the production register your unit already keeps on paper — but on a phone that works with no signal, and with the one thing paper cannot give you: traceability in both directions.

Log every production run with the raw-material lots it consumed, the good quantity it produced and the rejects it threw, and Batchly works out yield, wastage and cost per good unit for you, against the target you set for that product.

WHY IT EXISTS
A paper register records what was made. What it does not do is connect a finished batch to the specific drums, sacks or reels that went into it. So when a supplier tells you a lot was contaminated, or a customer complains about one production date, somebody spends an afternoon reading handwriting backwards. Batchly answers that in seconds.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR
Batchly was built by M R STORES for our own agrovet production floor. It is designed for cheap Android phones in industrial lighting: high-contrast, large touch targets, monospaced figures that line up in a column, and status shown by icon and label as well as colour.

100% OFFLINE. NO ACCOUNT. NO TRACKING.
Everything stays on your device. There is no sign-up, no server and no analytics. The app declares exactly one permission — INTERNET — used solely to open our privacy policy page from Settings. Our Play Data safety declaration is "no data collected, no data shared", and it is accurate.
