I am actually able to log in and enter raffles, however "something went wrong, authorisation details not supplied or not allowed" and I have to enter in my shipping and billing details every time, even though they are already saved in my account. Edit: contacted customer service, they told me to reinstall the app. I can no longer log in, receiving the same error above. Changed from 2 stars to 1.

Ordered a pair of size preveiws exclusives, they took my payment right away but I never got a receipt or order number or anything. Then 6 days later i was refunded, so i thought it was just pending, but it never went out again after 4 days! Then after numerous times contacting they said that they never got it and theres no record of it and by that time my size was long gone! They still havnt got back to me and now the app just freezes everytime..Very upset w their app & customer service!

Hard to 'never miss a launch' when the app doesn't work! Used the app for 2 years and now it straight up doesn't work for me or my friend. I can't open mine at all, and he can open it but entering doesn't work. The app used to be great before you opened it up worldwide as well, giving away more UK stock. Now your chances are tiny, so thanks guys. People been complaining about these issues for 2+ months and they still persist. I have literally never got win or loss emails either in those 2 years
