Horrible app, payments are not showing straight away as on previous app, so you can't really check what and how much you paid or if it went properly. Can only see that money went but you will see it week later when it will be all mixed up. money are moving up and down without sense. Entering pin when you want to move or send money you have to do it a few times as it's not taking all numbers. Honestly thinking to move to other bank, as this is impossible to use. Disaster app

Dobrý deň, uvedomujeme si, že nie vždy dokážeme naplniť očakávania všetkých našich klientov, hoci sa o to usilujeme s maximálnym nasadením. Každá konkrétna spätná väzba je pre nás cenná a pomáha nám zlepšovať sa, preto ju úprimne vítame. Prajeme Vám všetko dobré.

Total disaster compared to the previous application. 3 examples: 1. to get to meaningful filtering of past payments is almost impossible 2. to do a payment from a template, you have to go to a very well hidden menu in the details of the template (if you do it from the main menu, application doesn't prefill the amount) 3. once you do such payment, app throws you back to the main screen and the search for the hidden menu begins again I have got more examples, but who cares, right?

After a year nothing has changed. Loading 4 lines of text when I want to read a notification takes forever. Scan to pay - I have to look for it in the menu under payments, because it is more important to have the contacts icon in the bottom right. Scheduled payments - I can obviously forget about an overview of what I have to pay for a given month. ATM withdrawal with phone - I cannt enter my own amount. And security - it is much safer to enter any codes to confirm a payment than fingerprint???

Dobrý deň, v sekcii Čakajúce platby nájdete všetky platby zadané prostredníctvom Novej aplikácie, ktoré sa v danom momente ešte nespracovali. Vaše zadané Trvalé príkazy a inkasá si môžete pozrieť v samostatnej sekcii Platby > Trvalé príkazy a inkasá. Plánované trvalé príkazy a inkasá si zobrazíte cez plus - Zobraziť plánované platby.
