Ratings and reviews

Huge downgrade compared to the previous app which had nothing wrong with it (it is still used for business accounts without issue). The new app is more confusing, shows less info about your account and has a bloated childish interface. After years of using both apps I have yet to find one thing the new app does better. For instance, the activation process for the old app on a new phone takes 30 seconds and is intuitive. I was unable to figure out the same for the new app for several days.

Super slow, compared to any other banking app even and the interface just doesn't make any sense. Never had to do some much digging in my life to find some button in the application

This application is totally not usable, I got pissed just at the login flow, I switched to another bank years ago purely because VUB was so behind on their online stuff but seems like nothing has changed... In my current bank I can do almost anything online here I am stuck at login and creating a PIN. I was then stuck at "The terms and conditions" checkbox which is all greyed out.
