This application is totally not usable, I got pissed just at the login flow, I switched to another bank years ago purely because VUB was so behind on their online stuff but seems like nothing has changed... In my current bank I can do almost anything online here I am stuck at login and creating a PIN. I was then stuck at "The terms and conditions" checkbox which is all greyed out.

this new app is very poor. the previous one was much more user friendly, everything was well arranged, updates were rare. now one has to click all over to get to some information, updates are bothering me every time I need to go there. last time they changed even the access codes. it took me whole evening to get my access back. they should drop it.

It's really a major failure of an app, and as a student with a free account, I will be leaving vub as soon as I would have to pay for this lackluster app. It fails in so many ways it's actually insane, what's more, the old app was insanely better. It's really a major failure of a new app, having so many missing features that the old app had, here are some: not showing authorisation and payments until time passed and it has been authorized, not being able to copy iban, only 2 months of graphs...
