Ratings and reviews

The option for global transfers is quite glitchy to the point that I can't even access it sometimes. This problem usually goes away by closing and reopening the app or simply waiting but on rare occasions, even hours of waiting does nothing. I've tried it on other devices and operating systems yet the problem persists. I do hope a fix is made for this as this is very annoying

The app is very good overall—easy to use, fast, and reliable for daily transactions. The interface is clean and makes sending and receiving money simple. However, the main issue is the lack of customer support. If you accidentally send money to the wrong number, there is no clear or immediate way to resolve the issue, which can be very stressful. If support services improve, this would easily be a 5-star app.

I gave Salaam Bank a 10/10. It is the best bank in the country. I would recommend everyone to use it. It is a reliable service in the country and abroad. Salaam Bank is your best choice
