sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't! looking up times and tickets is really easy, where the app tends to fail is woth payments or claiming refunds for delays. the delay claim process nearly always ends up in a 'an error has been generated' message and it can take several attempts to purchase season tickets

pretty easy to use but prefer it on the PC as can see what your doing. as sometimes system as a mind of its own with times/day! Used this to book a train to Welsh Wales and GWR app was a real ball ache as kept cancelling PayPal. would prefer better info on issues/buses etc as list's things but not giving full info to make decisions etc

Very easy to use app. Clearly displays options and costs. Remembers information from previous bookings which reduces keying effort.
