Probably the worst app experience I've ever had. It fails in basic functions such as loading tickets, buying tickets and searching for stations all of which induce a crash. It could only be worse if it caused you physical pain when you opened it, perhaps through some sort of mallett and pulley system. These issues could be understandable if the app was just launched, or had a dodgy update, but it has been like this for years. Poor on every level. Avoid like the worst kind of plague.

This is one of the worst app experiences I've had in a long time... Enough to make me want to write a review to warn people. The app is slow, you get random flashes of error messages, sometimes it won't go back, the purchase flow was excruciatingly slow, the card number field doesn't allow copy and paste... I could go on but this is clearly a poorly made, poorly supported app. And the cherry on top was attempting to view my newly bought tickets... App crashed every time. It's a joke.

Please invest in this app, specifically: 1. Keep users logged in to their account. It's frustrating having to enter my email and password every month when I renew my season ticket. 2. Give me the option to simply buy the exact same ticket I bought last time. Most people who have this app will be regular travellers, buying the same ticket again and again. 3. When I go to buy it, please make it so that it automatically selects the day after my current ticket expires as the start date. I have twice accidentally selected the current day as the start - it's weird that the start date and load date are on different pages by the way. 4. If, when I go to select my ticket I notice that the date selected is incorrect (because of point 3) and I go back to correct it the process collapses with a message saying there is a problem. No amount of stopping the app and starting again works when this happens - I have to uninstall the app and reinstall and enter my account details again. I think that's it ;) Go on devs, you can do it! I believe in you!
