Worked once with a season ticket for the week. Then second week could see it in the app but when tried to load to card kept saying couldn't find tickets. Guy at the kiosk tried and also didn't work. Had to get refund but was charged £5 admin fee. Tried with a single ticket purchased on app same thing Using a different app now as tickets are already expensive as it it without double pay whilst waiting on the refund

It is very easy to use and no booking fees. Should something go amiss, I find it's always better to have booked direct vs. a third party service.

Quick and easy to use. It remembers favourite bookings and rail cards, and best of all there's no booking fee.
