Supporting Firefighter Families is a free app developed by health care professionals at the Center for Firefighter Behavioral Health at the Medical University of South Carolina in collaboration with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. This app was designed for spouses and family members of firefighters who are interested in learning how to support their firefighter and care for themselves and their family through difficult times. This app includes several resources including mental health education, demonstration videos, strategies for improving positive communication, and best practice self-help coping skill resources.
