Buy, Tap, Scan, Park! It’s that easy.

When you purchase your daily parking permit in the app, you will get a unique QR code in your reservation confirmation. When you arrive at the garage, tap the QR code on your phone to zoom in, then scan the QR code at the entry machine. When leaving the garage, simply tap & scan again at the exit.

I wish I had the choice to give this zero stars. The app has been crashing ever since the recent update. I did everything possible to fix it; restarting my phone, uninstalling the app, deleting the app cache and data, and called their phone number only to be asked to leave a message about my complaint/issue. Please fix this.

The app crashed right before I attempted to leave the parking garage on 6/3/22, prompting me to retrieve my QR code from my email. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app and nothing changed.

Don't know what happened with this app, but it crashes all the time and constantly says I need to install the newest version. Terrible!
