About this app

Otello GuestApp allows hotel guests to conveniently find out what a hotel has to offer, request services or file complaints, and see what activities are occurring inside or around the hotel. The Guest is able to access these benefits;

1- See the events inside and around the hotels.
2- See the hotel activities.
3- Send requests or file a complaint to the hotels reception desk
4- See the loyalty information of the guest inside the hotel he’s staying in.

Disclaimer: The app has a continuous use of GPS in the background which may dramatically decrease the battery life.

And many other features will be on the way to be added like making reservation, request SPA and other services.

Our application processes only business-related operational data and does not collect or store personal user activity data such as browsing history, user action logs, or similar behavioral information.
As such, there is no separate personal data that can be deleted independently from the user account. All stored data is strictly related to business operations.
When a user account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
