They are spamming me. sending suspicious attachments and when I ask them why they keep spamming my email they stop responding please note I don't have insurance with this company so either u r spamming my mail or u r by mistake spreading other customers information. im going to block you anyway cuz u refused to provide justification and since ur customer service is 0/10 I don't think that I will ever consider being a customer of yours

Unnecessary and useless update. It was the best. Smooth and easy to use. Now it is a mess with alot of bugs and difficulties. Can't even PASTE in the app. Can't access my vehicles. If you have more than one national address it will randomly pick one rather than your main adress (which was the one used before on the old policy). The menus are bulky and difficult and it keeps asking me login again. Once I am at the "my account" section the app refuses to let me navigate away so I have to close
