Do not use their online store! Bought tinting 10 days ago and the amount was deducted from my account and I received no code. Since then I've been calling their support daily going in the same circles with promises of a callback and resolution and they never call back. Every time I have to explain my problem from the beginning. It's been a nightmare. Edit: as you can see from their bot-like response, their customer service is useless.

No option to change email address without contacting the customer care number. Customer care is asking for feedback even when I have not spoken to anyone in their team. Edited after the response from Tameeni team. Managed to change the correspondence email which was not clear first time around. No discount were applied to my insurance even though I used my MOH email address which should give me 20% reduction.

I get insurance since few years from Tameeni. First time today my car's battery became low and needed Tameeni Hero at 10PM. I called them and IVR of call center said that it's out of their working hours and closed the call. I tried to reach on live chat and they said customer service will reach me soon and no answer from them. I reached on WhatsApp and they said that same that customer service will contact me soon. Finally, got the jumper cables from close by market and seeked someone's help.
