I have a problem with paying for the Egyptian health council as it requires me to put the national ID when I put it no bills to pay reply appears. I have a code sent from the council for payment that the app doesn't accept

The ui/ux is very smooth and modern, loved using it to pay my bills, one of fewest fees. I recommend it 💯

I'm facing a weird bug where I can't apply for a card, I scan one of the sides of my ID card and it works fine but when I scan the other the app lags and the scan doesn't happen and it just freezes with one side scanned and the other is blank and it even doesn't allow me to retry I can only get back to the previous page or close the app.
