Ratings and reviews

[Edit: the version described below was fixed and now all is fine now. I have edited my rating consequently] I was very happy with the previous versions of app. This new December release is a pain. After closing the app every 4 or 5 times, it asks me the sms verification code and the pin code (not the biometrics). Probably a bug that the IT guys need to fix.

Early adopter here. I am adding one additional star. I like the app and sure I like the 3% cashback. I like the simplicity that most other e-wallets lost. The customer support is responding in minutes, which is quite rare these days. However, there are way too many problems with payments - declines, duplicated transactions, etc. The removal of cahsback with Curve (without notification) is a further inconvenience. If the cashback is less than 1,5% I won't bother.

Terrible service. Almost all the features are "coming soon". The only way to top-up is with bank transfer. I was waiting for mine to arrive more than 7 days! Complained to the support several times and they "rewarded" me by terminating my account. Be careful. Edit: Almost an year later, I found out, that all of my private data in my non-existing account is still not deleted by w1tty and they most probably is counting me as an user of their service, which I'm pretty sure is not very legal... 🤬
