all teneo points disappear at a time, can not connect to Internet, please teneo team work on this teneo protocol app to restore my points or else I write a comprehensive review about this app telling people that teneo is a fake. please work on app

Team, I'm repeatedly getting the "Setup failed - Check your internet connection" error on the Teneo mobile app despite having a stable internet connection and trying all basic fixes (clearing cache, restarting, turning off VPN). Could you please check if the servers are under maintenance or help me resolve this?
