They took 3000 taka in advanced now the driver doesn't take call at all. doesn't reply on WhatsApp either. total fraud platform. their customer centre calls me bhaiya and the customer care never helps properly

worst app ever. at first they waste my time for 2 days due to phone number verification problem. after this they wasted 1 more day with excuse of "ডেট সঠিক ভাবে লোড হয়নি" my 3 important days wasted. I'm so stupid amr Aro agei uchit chilo ei app uninstall Kore offline theke or Kono agency theke service newa. wastage of time 👎🏼

Users should be able to remove all information and erase data when deleting account! Send a email to them and they might comply with erasing all info of a user is not good way. Also in terms they say they might hold on to information for many other purposes it's a big red flag. Security risks are high.
