App was useful. But with a recent update it says my phone is jailbroken, even though it's not. Can't use the app anymore. Update: Customer service was very responsive, when I couldn't get through, they called me back later. The app said my phone is jailbroken because I had developer options turned on. After turning them off, it works again.

I downloaded app and was informed my device was jailbroken. I contacted central customer service who said it was because I had a new passport so they registered the new passport and said to delete app and download a few hours later which I have done numerous times with the same result jailbroken whatever that means. Complete waste of time.

absolute disaster, won't let me sign in, every time I do it has me reenter my credentials, then sends back to sign in again, then re-enter in endless loop. poorly made app, total waste of time, terrible customer service that will not address or fix issues, and is no help at all. would give zero stars if possible. Edit: Contacting customer service causes disconnection after selecting correct options. Frustration deepens...
