TK Music Tag Editor is a metadata editor app fully compatible with Android 13. It supports audio files like mp3, m4a, flac, wma, allowing editing of metadata including title, artist, album, genre, artwork, year, lyrics, and more.

Because the app writes changes directly into the file, metadata remains intact even when transferring the file to another device or PC.

Ratings and reviews

So here's why you'll want to stay away from this one: I get it that they're going to festoon their app with ads, I've long ago mastered the art of completely averting my senses from those until they go away, but they insert them during the actual editing process, and if you're working with lossless files that work harder to convert, the ads actually disrupt the editing process, so you end up with a bunch of failed tags. Maybe mp3s edit without incident, but that's for shmoes. Uninstall.

I really only want an app that *READS* meta tags (I edit/add my tags with MusicMatch Picard on my desktop). I figured since no one makes such an app, I'd just use an editor and just not give it write permission. You can't do that with this app, as it won't even let you VIEW the current tags without being able to write to the files. I'm not chancing that some app will foul up my files.

*edited review* 5 Stars once again. The "odd file data blanking" I mentioned previously seems to have been down to oversized album art embedded in the meta-data, probably due some oddity between iTunes on Windows which allowed the pic to be added to the meta-data in the first place and Android, NOT the TK App, so my error there. Many apologies. Thank you again for a very useful app.
