The app is not useful at all. I’ve tried multiple times to create an account, but it always says “system error” and asks me to wait 60 seconds for the OTP. I’ve been trying since yesterday, and it has already been 2 days, but the app still keeps crashing and I still cannot create an account. Please fix this issue. I already contacted customer service to resolve the problem, but there has been no update and no live agent available to help me.

The app never worked since I downloaded it. After registering my car (which does show the model and plate number), both Vehicle Status and Find My Vehicle shows nothing but dashes. This is happening both on my S26 Ultra and iphone 16 Pro. I did all troubleshooting steps but to no avail. I used the Contact Support option within the app and no one reached out to me. Totally worth uninstalling if you ask me.

After the latest update. the simple and useful app became super clunky and gets stuck on loading screens or asking for email verification that continues non stop even after reloading and reinstalling. it is now absolutely useless. like what I said. i uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times so it stands to say that I was using the latest version no? in any case I fixed it myself by logging into my account on the web. it also fixed the app problem. you may want to recommend that to others.
