The app and the actual webpage is not showing the same thing. In the app, after requesting activation of the features for my toyota connect, until now the toyota app says that I am under activation, but the website already says that I am activated and already shows my position. So until now, I cant use the app to benefit on the features of the toyota connect..

The app is not useful at all. I’ve tried multiple times to create an account, but it always says “system error” and asks me to wait 60 seconds for the OTP. I’ve been trying since yesterday, and it has already been 2 days, but the app still keeps crashing and I still cannot create an account. Please fix this issue. I already contacted customer service to resolve the problem, but there has been no update and no live agent available to help me.
