I really enjoy the app and have recommended it to others also. One thing that really would be beneficial would be if there could be a feature to also disable the app being able to be uninstalled (or at least during blocks), as a way out of a block is to uninstall and then reinstall....(on android one can unistall from the home screen, even if one blocks settings with Freedom).

Good app, creates friction when you want do something you choose not to during an active session, like facebook and work stuff over weekends. That friction is enough to make you stop and think why you're on that route, to change your habits. If you find a way to disable this app, which there surely are, rather get a dumb phone as a 2nd phone and ask someone to hide your smartphone... Your proof cellphone addicition is real!

Edit: Thanks for the info. I just gifted myself a lifetime subscription. Old: The anual payment is bit expensive, but the free version is already a life saver[...]I love how when i click on an excluded app, it just flashes back to home, without additional texts. Thank you, now i finally have a way out of social media, that i can swiftly turn on. Could you make a one-time-buy option? I rather pay 90,- at once, than unexpected annual billings.
