DigitalGate Goods Traceability is designed for market participants and customs officers to work efficiently with marked goods and electronic customs documentation.

For Market Participants

The app provides full access to information about marked products. Users can scan marking codes, verify the correctness of the code structure, and view detailed information about the product and its marking code.

Market participants can perform aggregation operations by grouping goods and moving them into other containers. The app also supports shipment and transfer of goods between different participants in the supply chain, ensuring transparency and traceability at every stage.

It’s also possible to view a complete list of documents users have created, as well as open and review detailed document cards at any time.

For Customs Officers

Customs officers have access to a list of electronic cargo customs declarations (ECCD) submitted by importer organizations. The list is filtered by the customs authority to which the officer is currently assigned.

Officers can review submitted declarations and update the status of ECCDs directly within the app, enabling faster and more efficient customs control processes.
