It's probably just me the operator or usery7 4th x.In order to program the remote, it says go to the fire t v settings with a button underneath.I can only get to not the setting that you need.So i'm trying to figure out, how do you get to the fire?T v screen, when you don't have the remote to get to that screen.So you can program the remote that you download from google.And oh, by the way, the ads were horrendous, the ads were so vague.I almost selected those instead of the little box

It forces you to pay, Even though It promises a free version it is not accessible. now that I paid it can see my TV but refuses to connect!!!

tried to contact using email address they provided email will not send because email address doesn't exist the remote doesn't work I can't get a hold of anybody to get my money back or to get help trash
