It was supposed to be a free 3 day trial, but it only accepted my card that it could charge right away, so I went ahead with the one month option and put that amount in my checking account and it accepted the same card it had denied 4 times prior for "unknown reasons!" Even worse, it still didn't work right for me!! I would like the subscription canceled and a reimbursement, please?! I only had it for , well, today Is what would been the last day of my 3 day trial !!!

I downloaded and payed for this app. It would not work with my TV even though my TV is a smart TV. I have tried to cancel subscription but when I go to my subscriptions it does not show. However, my bank account has been charged and there is no way for me to cancel the subscription.

I am not very tech savvy and did not understand how this worked so whrn I got it i didnt relize my tv had to have wifi set up i thought it was a smart tv do it was already in it and my phone has it so i would br ablè to do this ,I know I sound stupid but I just dont n use any of this. so anyway I cant use it and nred my money back and have asked from about 20 min after i got it and no one has answered me please cancle me andreturn my money. jennifer marquez thank you!
