KeepGiving is the first complete yoga app in Romanian, created by a team of certified instructors with experience and passion for transformation through conscious movement. It's more than a video platform – it's a space to reconnect with yourself, accessible from anywhere, anytime.

Classes available
The app contains over 150 video sessions and is constantly updated with new content. You'll find Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Flow, Barre, Chakra Yoga, guided meditations, breathing sessions, office yoga, stretching before and after the gym, as well as classes for parents and children. You can play the classes with included music or listen to your own music by integrating with Music Apps.

Levels of practice
Each class is designed to meet your needs, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. All sessions are guided in Romanian, with clear explanations and a warm tone, without pressure or judgment.

Thematic programs
In the application you will find guided programs that support you in creating a routine: the 7 Chakras Program, the Breathing Program (14 days), Yoga for Beginners, Programs for flexibility, energy, calmness, correct posture or deep relaxation.

Active community
KeepGiving is also about connection. You can participate in live classes, leave questions, comment and be part of a community where you are supported. It is a warm and friendly space where everyone follows their own pace.

Integrated calendar
You have a calendar in which you can organize your daily or weekly practice. You create your own routine, just the way it suits you.

Subscription management
The subscription renews automatically, but you can always manage it directly from your Google Play account. You can cancel at any time before the next billing period at no additional cost.
