Mobility is key. In this area the focus is on mobility. Dynamic strength mobility workouts bring strength and flexibility together. Focus on consciously stretching your body. Get the most out of your training, work on new skills, improve your flexibility in the long term and prevent injuries. Challenge yourself with our skill sessions and learn, for example, the perfect handstand.
FITNESS – Find your strength.
You'll really work up a sweat here. In the fitness area, the focus is on strength and endurance. With classic bodyweight workouts and creative sessions such as barre, HIIT, animal workouts or boxing, every room becomes your home gym. You can make our workouts with weights or kettlebells part of your training plan not only at home, but also in the gym.
YOGA – Find your center.
No matter whether you are a beginner or a yoga pro, in this area you will find classes that suit your needs and intentions. Find out what you need right now: flow through powerful and energizing flows together with our experienced coaches. Find inner peace and end the day with Yin Yoga or a Good Night Stretch. Take time for yourself. Use our guided mediations to reduce stress, specifically relax your mind and body and reflect. Our coaches move with you. You breathe together, you sweat together. We consciously decided to record the coaches' instructions during the movement, like in a live class. So we forego perfectly staged voiceovers. Why? Because the feeling of real connection is a key element of our classes and an authentic workout experience at the same time ensures more motivation and enthusiasm for your own movement.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP - As flexible as you
Choose between our two subscription models. Try Movingroom for 14 days free of charge. With the subsequent annual subscription you receive full membership at reduced rates. However, if you would like to keep your subscription more flexible, you can opt for the monthly cancellable model.
Your Movingroom subscription will be automatically extended if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before your current subscription expires. You can manage your subscription details in your App Store account.
