I absolutely love Erin's content. The mantras and meditations help me feel better about myself and I can always find something I need. The exercises are fun and energizing. I highly recommend The Movement. I would put 5 stars, but my saved content is not recognized across my devices like the last app. This app is easier to use than the last version and that doesn't stop me from having a great workout.

I really want to love this app, but the sound is really awful in all the videos I tried to watch. The echo of the rooms make it hard to understand for non native English speakers such as me. Too bad the instructor(s) don't use a mic Edit: Some videos have now a better sound! Starting to enjoy the app ❤️

I love the content from Erin, but the way the app organizes all of it is amazing as well. I can quickly find exactly what I'm looking for in seconds. The content can't be beat, either. There's just so many great options whether you're a beginner or experienced or coming back from an injury. This isn't just exercise, it's also building a better mindset. You feel good mentally as well as physically at the end of these workouts.
