The reason I paid for this app was to watch specific shows in which I keep getting, "video load error" if not corrected swiftly, I'll be contacting my credit card for a dispute charge and refund!

your update didn't work. I'm still receiving video load errors. didn't work on android /or the fire stick. Fix this issue or a refund should be given..... actually double for as long as this been an issue.

my apps does not give me any access and yall took my money for this month. But then I signed out of the app, and then I signed back in and it sent me a email link where I fully got my full access back. I figure this stuff out on my own. I am a IT guy myself, so good thing I was patient enough on figuring this stuff out.
