This app is an appalling waste of time. Maybe it's because it's the English language version, but it is extraordinarily slow on wifi and data, expecting excruciating wait times for the most minor of changes to inputs. It hen just times out, gives a black screen, and sometimes finally responds, but mostly does nothing. For such an efficient country like Taiwan, I'm astonished it is so poor compared to the equivalents in recent ones I've used in Japan, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

it's the year 2026, you have big data, you have all the metrics, you literally can see who comes and goes out of the gate, you know our easy card numbers. why for the love of god can't you atleast have a decent app, even trans Taiwan works better. like my man, you have capacity on the screen at every metro stop, what's stopping you from displaying it in the app?

Apps feels like an amateur app. Slow, ugly, and redeem promo coupon function works terribly. Everytime have to reenter the long promo code and when I exit the app you have to reenter the code everytime even though it recognizes you've entered the promo code it will just say error. Also can't seem to scan the QR code to redeem the code so have to manually enter it everytime.
