AppERIIF implements a system for the economic evaluation of the impact of forest fires on natural resources, tangible and intangible.
It is formed as a computer tool, designed to immediately evaluate the economic losses in the affected natural resources, depending on the level of energy intensity developed by the spread of fire in forest fires.
The evaluations are carried out per hectare of affected forest area and the grading of the losses is directly related to the "depreciation matrix" that depends on the level of intensity of the fire (NIF), and for each of the tangible and intangible resources, returns the factor that depreciates the economic valuation of the resource under evaluation.
