About this app

Augo is a companion for adults in the UK who are using GLP-1 medication or managing their weight alongside treatment. Keep your food, movement, weight, water and medication routine together, with practical tools for everyday tracking.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Log meals, water, weight, movement, mood and medication. Review your progress, manage dose reminders and keep track of your existing medication plan. Find recipes, meal planning and general wellbeing information. Optional cycle tracking and journal entries help you keep your personal history in one place.

ASK AUGO
Use Ask Augo for general wellbeing support and help finding your way around the app. It can use information you choose to record to provide relevant context. Augo does not prescribe or change your medication plan.

BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU
Ask Augo to import a CSV from another app, or open the import tool from Profile. Review weight and dose records with their original dates, including dates before you joined Augo. Confirm uncertain dates, units and medication names before saving. Matching records are skipped, and you can undo an import batch. Your charts update without changing your current medication settings.

HEALTH CONNECT
Choose to connect Health Connect on your Android phone to bring supported weight, sleep, activity and workout history into Augo. You control the permissions. Available readings depend on your phone, connected apps and the data they provide.

AUGO ON WEAR OS
Use the companion on a compatible Galaxy Watch or another Wear OS watch. View your next dose, log a dose you have taken, add water and see supported daily information from your phone. Record a run, walk or cycle with available heart rate, distance and GPS route tracking. Pause, resume and end your workout, or return through the ongoing notification. Add the next-dose tile for a quick glance.

The Wear OS companion requires Augo on your paired Android phone. Health and activity information depends on permissions and sync.

COMMUNITY AND FEEDBACK
Choose whether to join the shared Truv community from within Augo. Share experiences, follow conversations and use reporting and blocking controls. Community participation is optional; posts may be visible on the open web.

Help shape Augo through Roadmap in Settings. Suggest ideas, vote for improvements and choose which updates to follow using your Augo sign-in.
