AwareDiary is a private diary, planner and support log from Awareverse.
It is designed for parents, carers, students, neurodivergent adults, older teens and users who want a simple way to track mood, routines, appointments, school notes, support needs and everyday wellbeing.
AwareDiary can help users record what happened, what helped, what felt difficult, what needs following up, and what may be useful for meetings, support discussions or personal reflection.
