an ok app, especially for the weekly offers that you can choose. One thing that is really annoying though is constantly having to sign in - literally every week I have to sign in and it drives me mad - no other app is like this on my mobile In response to the reply I've received, I do log in weekly, sometimes a couple of times a week

I chose my offers but they vanished. Only 50p from a game showed. It said I still had 2 offers to choose but wouldn't let me add them. I deleted and installed again. No change. I tried reporting on a contact form that's specifically meant for app issues but it's not fit for purpose. I completed all the fields but it wouldn't send. It asked for a use by date and a barcode! There's obviously no such fields on this form. Don't co-op test forms? When I shopped the £1 off shop was applied anyway.

Almost never works in store. Randomly logs you out just when you be think it's about to work. The only supermarket where your app suddenly won't open, as well. Also, yes you can save it to your Google wallet & that doesn't actually mean your "offers" actually get applied... Just fix it Co-Op, instead of trying to blame us. If you notice, a lot of the 5 star reviews say or imply the same thing.
