Ratings and reviews

Basics are okay but you now must have the app for full membership benefits. This is extremely unfair to older, long term members as they may have difficulty using technology and may not have a smart phone for scanning their virtual card at the till. No option is available for easily printing a physical card or even adding the card to anything other than google pay. I understand the cost savings of using a digital card but this is cruel for those that struggle in the digital world.

As a loyal member I wish I could say I love this app, but my online shopping experience has regularly been terrible. Buy a set of things to take advantage of deal prices, OoS items get substituted (with other items in the deal), and you get charged full price for all of them. Then if you complain you're either not listened to or are wilfully ignored. Actually, no, that's not how the substitute item fee works. It's not supposed to negate the deal price.

Very good app & I've saved some money with the offers. I also save more with the orange "Reduced-to-clear" stickered & checking out ALL the "per 100g/per kg" small print in-store POS (Point Of Sale) shelf labels/tags because sometimes it's cheaper to buy 2 small sized goods or the bigger size - ALL supermarkets don't expect you to compare"per 100g/per kg" on shelf prices. I recently bought 2 small tubs of Vanish laundry powder, which was a saving of £1.25-£1.50 more than buying the bigger one
