Ratings and reviews

We are paying way too much for the app to be so full of bugs. Also apart from the fact that the advance tickets are non refundable (because I mean we save sooo much money they're practically free right?) you charge an "admin fee" for e-ticket change of £20? For what??

App is functional and would be five stars. 3 stars only because timed tickets don't guarantee a place on the train. If its really important to get somewhere by a certain time, be extra-extra ealry. Just today they closed down all gates approx. 10 Minutes early as apparently the train was full. Nobody cared about timed tickets. Had my plane not been delayed I would have missed it.

App was working well but in the last month I have been unable to purchase tickets, recieving an error message on checkout ("error in fetching saved cards" and after inputting card details manually the app times out and cancels the transaction)
