Programme reminders haven't worked for ages. Notifications have been positively allowed in the Freeview app settings, and also in the mobile device Settings>Apps to allow notifications, including locked/unlocked pop-ups. App used to work all the time, but hasn't worked for months now since summer/autumn 2024, even though the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, and I am using the latest version.

Not as good as other apps. When I had Freeview on the telly I could just watch live shows on the one app. On the mobile app the guide is almost blank and it gives me a redirect link to the original broadcaster. Not convenient at all. Also whenever I scroll down in the guide the channels slip around from side to side so I have to keep stopping and spending 15secs looking for the live slider. As soon as this is fixed I will reinstall the app and give a better review.

The Freeview app used to be a fantastic resource for finding out what's on TV. I loved being able to easily browse through channel listings and plan my viewing schedule. However, after today's update, the app seems to have lost its functionality. The program listings are completely blank, making it impossible to use. I hope this issue is resolved soon, as the app was a valuable tool for many users. Until then, I'll have to find an alternative way to check TV listings.
