Would it be possible to have notifications for when a specific film or TV series/episode is added to the guide? For example I was looking for a film the other day that had no DVD release, so if I could get a notification for if/when it aired again on TV that would be a great feature.
Come on guys, this is absolutely unusable, buggy, slow and does you no credit whatsoever. A basic TV listing app really shouldn't be that difficult. Get the basics right and working first, then try adding value. At present, it's rubbish.
Only just installed it but slow to load but looks promising. I'm sure although I will get frustrated soon with portrait mode only though! Can't be that difficult to fix.
Recently reinstalled this and it very much better than an earlier version of a couple years ago. However, it is routinely slow and most often a message comes up 'must be connected to network' or 'no internet'. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet/Wi-Fi, all working fine with all other apps. Another annoyance is that it only displays in portrait mode. Rather tiresome to us! Deleted. There are other apps that at least work, if not as good looking at Freeview.
It cannot connect to its server - unusable. It's still as rubbish as it was last time I tried it - and uninstalled it! Hey ho, do you people read these reviews? I don't think you do.
As most people on here say it is totally useless. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet which I am and with a speed of 200meg as well!!!!!!! Don't waste your time installing this useless load of horse manure. Plenty of other apps out there that actually work!!!!!!
- Improvement: image retrieval and caching.
- Improvement: network access performance.
- Bug fix, phone: in some regions, for some channels, single channel listings would not scroll past the current day.
- Minimum Android version to install the app has been increased from Android 2.2 to Android 2.3.3
