Had an issue with the app where I was only getting emails and not push notifications. Support were really helpful in diagnosing the fault and finding a solution. Turned out the issue was to do with App Background battery usage being disabled. This setting is required for push notifications to work. you can find it if you go to the GPSbob app info, then click on App battery usage, make sure Allow background usage is enabled !

AFTER AN UPDATE LIVE VIEW CAMERA STOPPED WORKING - NOT TURNING ON AT ALL. ON MOTION ALERTS IS SOME WEIRD GREEN EXCLAMATION MARK SIGN. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS UNABLE TO ACTIVATE - SAYS UNABLE TO SAVE NOTIFICATIONS SETTINGS AT THE MOMENT. ALSO BEFORE YOU LOGIN THERE IS AN OPTION TO SELECT REMEMBER ME BUT EVEN AFTER SELECTING THAT IT IS LOGIN OUT CONSTANTLY. NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATIONS FROM THE APP ONLY BY EMAILS

I like my GPSBob device. The map is a nice visual, but there are obvious bugs that should be fixed. 1) Stop having the device "ping" the default UK location, this makes plots have weird lines because I'm in the US. 2) Do something with the timezones. It's all on UTC so late afternoon travels here get lumped in the next day on calendar view. For me even basing on current phone time would be better than nothing.
