Whether you're managing a long-term condition, recovering from something difficult, or simply want the people around you to stay in the picture, HaloTogether gives you one private place to stay on top of everything and bring in the right people on your own terms.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Care feed: a shared, real-time update stream for everyone in your care space. No repeated phone calls. No out-of-date group chats.
- Tasks: assign to-dos to anyone in the space, track progress, set due dates, get notified when things are done.
- Medications: log medications, track what's been taken and what hasn't, get reminders at the right time.
- Appointments: log upcoming and past appointments, assign follow-up tasks, keep a full history.
- Visits: record visits with notes so everyone around you stays in the loop.
- Key info: keep the details that matter most about your own care in one place: conditions, allergies, preferences, and anything the people around you need to know.
