Ratings and reviews

I did a review in November 2020 highlighting some issues..they are still not resolved. Watchlist still doesn't sync.The UI looks nice..but I much preferred the old layout.Why do I now have to choose what it shows? I want the book cost, holdings and daily change to show but you're only allowed 5 options.Why can it still not work out your total portfolio gain and loss? For a broker that charges commissions the app should be able to do that, even if you hold stocks in different currencies. Terrible

Fixed, read the bottom if having similar issues. Unfortunately since Android 15 update the biometric fingerprint and faceID no longer work, I had to let it try multiple times before it then allowed me to sign in manually. I use a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. However I found that if you disable biometrics and then enable it from preferences > Settings > Security, it fixes the issue

The phone app is not very user friendly. Trying to transfer funds from another SIPP provider and it doesn't have functionality to do so. It doesn't even have the link to take to the full website. II please change your app developer.

What's new

By bringing the JISA add an account journey to the app you can invest in your child's future on the go. We have also included some improvements to help improve your experience using the ii app.
