I used to love this app.. Clear, easy to use and in my case, easy to log off when you'd finished. However since the update when I try to log off a pop up window appears asking me to select a browser in order to log off. If I don't select a browser or select a browser which is not compatible then you're not logged off... Not a very secure!! I have many financial and banking apps which I use on a regular basis, none of which require this additional step to log off.

Backwards steps, can't rely on on it anymore, won't start, keep going to blank page. Uninstall it several times, still no good, only 1 star, best to go straight to the website, Update: The new update has made the app a lot better and reliable, and I gave it a 4 ⭐

The ii app is an excellent and easy platform to use but, since the last update I am no longer able to view my watch list without having to login first. This is inconvenient, a huge negative, and has led me to migrate to the platform of an alternative broker. Please revise the software to allow for easier access to the watch list. Thank you.

We are glad you are enjoying the app. We moved the watchlist behind log-in so that we can merge the mobile with your web watchlist shortly, which is a request we have had from a lot of customers. We hope that the biometrics and new login flow make it easier to access this, and more improvements are en route for log-in. Thank you for your feedback

In this version of the app (6.0.0) you will notice that the layout of the app has changed. We have made these changes to allow us to grow and add more features in the future, When you first log in, you'll notice we have added a tour to show you around the new layout, so please make sure you take the tour to familiarise yourself with these changes. We'd also love to hear your feedback on this change, so please hit the "Leave feedback" button in the app, or leave us a review on the Play Store.
